Core Negotiation Workshop
A one-day workshop that raises the skill level of participants and makes immediate impact on outcomes by exploring the core concepts of good negotiating. Participants learn about the differences between competitive and collaborative negotiation approaches, and when and how to use each. They also work through a negotiations model that includes thorough preparation, rapport building, value-creation, and deal-making. Participants learn how to use various strategies and tactics, such as anchoring and dealing with difficult people. Includes 1-2 (customized) simulations. Participants receive Negotiations handbook + Negotiations Certification.
Partnerships Workshop:
A one-day workshop aimed at significantly improving participants’ ability to form and maintain strong strategic partnerships that deliver outsized impact, value and/or innovation. This session begins with how to select the right partner(s) and progresses through the stages of building a successful partnership. It includes aligning on vision, goals, strategy and priorities, collaboratively building a joint plan, implementing the plan, measurement and evolving the partnership. The workshop also covers core partnership skills such as collaborative negotiation. Includes a simulation. Participants receive Partnership Certification.
